Although I agree, there are some things I would prefere not to tell my boyfriend/girlfriend, self-mutilition isn't exactly something someone should go through alone. Half the time, (I know, steriotypical) It's a cry for help, like, you aren't happy etc. Maybe that person you love, should know, right?
