Today has been such a good day!

My birthday was the 23rd so now I'm 19. Woot woot. Haha.

I got: white chocolate Lindt Lindor Truffles and the box set season 6 of Law and Order SVU (it's kind of a tradition at my mom's- we watch the episodes) from my mom's boyfriend, season 7 and 8 of SVU from my mom as well as a picture frame, a tapestry that my tattoo was based off which is just amazing and a funny card and a sweet totally perfect card, candy from my little brother's Easter basket (How cute is that??!) and a smooth rock that he found that he really liked as well as a card he made me, a Barnes and Noble gift card and iTunes card from my dad, and Lindt Lindor Truffles (Can you tell I like them?) , organic soap, an organic candle, organic chapstick, a little round box thing and.... [Drum roll] her old CAR!!!! (a 2000 Nissan Altima!). Here's a picture (not of mine, though): [link]

So it was kind of amazing.

And work today... Hahahahahahaha. Funny story! Ok, so this older lady, probably 60 or so, was in the store for about an hour and Jason [the box boy] told me that she had been talking to herself (I hadn't even noticed her until then- plus I had been on break). I told him, no big deal, I've seen it on the city bus haha. But I kind of kept my eye on her, wondering what she'd do, curious. She goes over to the DVDs that are for sale and picks one up... and kisses it. And then she does the same to a few more. After a little bit, she goes into the public restroom. Jason goes back in the hallway near the bathrooms to clean them and hears the lady yelling to herself in the bathroom. So he goes and tells the current boss, Brian, who calls the cops. And then the best part. After like twenty minutes of this woman being in the bathroom, the police get there. Brian talks to them after they've talked to her and tells me what happened. They went to knock on the door and she responded something along the lines of, "Let me get dressed." SHE WAS NAKED!!!! I laughed so hard! And yeah, she's probably senile or schizophrenic or something, but still, you have to admit, that is pretty hilarious.

So all in all, today has been an amazing, very very odd day. Haha. I hope you're all having a good weekend.
